MARKETING PLAN

1. Submit detailed listing to Toronto Real Estate Board for MLS (Multiple Listings Service).
2. Take photo for MLS, TV and Office, (Real Scope Board).
3. Distribute flyers in the neighborhood for just Listed/Open House.
4. Hold Open House for general public when appropriate, usually Weekends.
5. Advertise in Real Estate News.
6. Advertise on Television.
7. Advertise on Internet.
8. Features Sheets for the property.
9. Owner/Vendor will get a Bi-Weekly progress report.
10. Current market trends every two weeks.
